Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Manager to lead our Demand Generation (Sales Development Representative) team within the Oracle Health and Life Sciences business unit. This leader will own pipeline generation, team development, and collaborative go-to-market initiatives, aligning with Oracle’s strategy and values.
Please note, this is an in-office/hybrid role. We are looking only for candidates who will be able to be in our Austin, TX office 5 days a week for the first 6 months for onboarding and then 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs) thereafter.
About You
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or inside sales, with 2+ years in a people manager role (equivalent practical experience) with preference in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Enterprise SaaS. Proven record of leading teams to exceed pipeline and sales goals in a complex, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, with demonstrated ability to report on and act upon and deliver against KPIs. Knowledge of demand generation industry trends and buying cycle realities.Why Oracle:
