About the Role

Provide consulting services for the expansion of retail brands in sectors such as fashion, F&B, health & beauty, and lifestyle into street-level retail zones and shopping mallsmanage lease negotiations and leasing operations in major commercial areas (including both primary and secondary retail zones)Advise on leasing for key building located in prime commercial districts

About you

Candidates with experience in launching offline stores for online brands, working as MDs at online platforms, or as K-fashion buyers at department storesFormer retail store development managers from domestic fashion brandsStrong interest in commercial real estate and retail districts, with a keen awareness of retail trendsProactive, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills

쿠시먼앤드웨이크필드 임차자문팀(Retail Tenant Rep.)은 명동, 강남역, 홍대, 가로수길, 한남동, 청담동, 성수동 등 메인 상권을 포함한 국내 주요 상권 및 메이저 쇼핑몰에 리테일 브랜드의 출점 업무를 지원하는 팀입니다. 명품, SPA, 패션, H&B, F&B 등 다양한 카테고리의 리테일 브랜드들과 임대 관련 업무를 진행하고 있으며, 브랜드의 컨셉과 방향에 맞춰 가장 적합한 상권 및 사이트를 제안하고 협상을 지원하는 서비스를 제공합니다.

<주요업무>

● Fashion, F&B, H&B, Life style 등 리테일 브랜드의 가두 상권, 쇼핑몰 출점 관련 자문 업무
● 국내 주요 상권 (메인상권, 서브상권) 내 임대차계약 협상 및 Leasing 업무
● 메인 상권 내 주요 건물 임대 자문 업무
 
<지원 자격>

● 온라인 브랜드의 오프라인 출점 경험자, 온라인 플랫폼 MD, 백화점 K패션 바이어 출신 우대

● 국내 패션 브랜드 점포 개발 담당자 출신 우대

● 상권 및 상업용 부동산에 관심이 많고 리테일 트렌드에 민감한 분

● 적극적이고 능동적이며 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수한 분
