Manager, Repairs Administration

The Manager Repairs Administration will be responsible for managing all phases of the repairs business providing support for the repairs team. The Repair Manager’s objective is to meet or exceed both company and customer metrics for turn-time performance, cost competitiveness, revenue and margin targets, product quality and conformity, etc.

What you will be responsible for:

Owns the relationship with contracted repair vendor(s)Facilitates business reviews with high-profile customers and repair vendor(s) as required.Implements strategies to secure long term repair agreements with target customersLeverages pricing agreements with Sales TeamsNegotiates cost reductions with repair vendor(s) where applicable.Communicates with various departments to manage the timely inflow and outflow of customer owned repair property. Sales, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Warehouse Receiving, QC, Shipping, etc.Reviews repair vendor account statements to ensure timely payments within agreed terms.Assists to resolve all product non-conformance, invoice issues, paperwork discrepancies, etc.Fully versed on all processes and able to fill in for team members during PTO, sick time, etc.Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university and five (5) years of aviation experience; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
