Manager, Public Sector Sales - B2B

**WHAT'S THE ROLE**
The primary objective of this position is to develop new and on-going Liberty Business (LB) relationship with Public Sector clients, providing solutions that meets their business needs while achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The Sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. A quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Manage and provide leadership for teams of Major Account Managers, Account Manager, and complete semi-annual staff reports for all direct reports.
+ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them understanding their needs to increase portfolio revenues.
+ Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to senior management
+ Weekly sales reporting and pipeline forecasting through CRM management tools
+ Develop Sales plans throughout and during the fiscal year for the achievements of sales and revenue objectives.
+ Contribute to and participate in the development of the Company’s annual business plans as it pertains to one-year and five-year revenue projections.
+ Prepare monthly and quarterly commission reports for the respective incentivized employees.
+ Leads cross-functional sales and technical resources in pursuit of client solutions, exploiting all marketing resources and collateral.
+ Selects the appropriate offerings and distribution channels that are designed to meet the client's business objectives and provide an optimum financial return to Liberty Business.
+ Develop strong relationships with key decision makers of existing and prospective business clientele to identify and establish continued business opportunities.
+ Leads client strategy and planning sessions, evaluates Liberty Business competitive advantages and identifies potential areas for improvement.
+ Assists, when required, in negotiating customer contracts involving others as necessary and helps ensure compliance by all parties (LB, customer, partner).
+ Supervises real time updates to CRM sales management system.
+ Ensure that up to date account plans and major opportunity plans for all Public sector accounts are maintained.
+ Develop policies and procedures as required to ensure the orderly operation of the Business Sales Team.
+ Liaise with the related internal teams within the Company on the development of new products and services, including pricing, and the modification of existing business services
+ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing ICT sales teams on a corporate setting
+ Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed Sales targets.
+ Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
+ Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
+ Candidate should have his own vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
+ Technical knowledge of Cloud Unified Communications, Cloud IT Security, Cloud IP Surveillance, Cloud Business Continuity, and Managed Networking solutions.
+ Experience in development of submissions in response to Request for Proposals mandatory
+ Experience in negotiation of contracts **Skills & Abilities**
+ Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal or no supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines).
+ Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
+ Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
+ Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
+ Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills in building client relationships, proposals and deliverables.
+ Leverages all Direct Marketing and Business Partner resources and negotiates goals and approaches to optimize profit and customer satisfaction and is held accountable for the results.
+ Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
