You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.
How you will contribute
You will:
Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliveryWhat you will bring

What you need to know about this position:
Oversee complex, multi-phase projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they deliver strategic business value while staying within scope, budget, and quality standards.Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, Business, and senior leadership. This includes managing expectations, tailoring messages for diverse audiences, and resolving conflicts to maintain buy-in.SteerCo and Governance: Establish and lead project governance structures. Responsibilities include preparing detailed progress reports, presenting key risks and milestones to Steering Committees, and facilitating executive-level decision-making.Industry-standard certifications such as PMP® (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.Proficiency in digital project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and an understanding of how project outcomes align with broader organizational strategy.No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
