About the Role
As a Project Manager supporting our Realty organization, you’ll play a critical role in managing and delivering multiple initiatives across diverse project streams. You’ll be instrumental in supporting business objectives by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships:Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to educate, align on requirements, assess costs, establish ROI, and secure resource commitments. Create and execute communication plans that keep everyone informed and engaged.Manage Projects End-to-End:
Build project plans, schedules, and status updates, ensuring alignment with established objectives and project management standards. Tackle issues proactively, monitor budgets, and make adjustments to keep initiatives on track.Drive Accountability and Results:
Oversee multiple projects and work streams, ensuring execution of tasks, timely delivery, and smooth transitions between project phases. Identify changes early and escalate for leadership input when needed.Foster Excellence and Team Development:
Attract, mentor, and develop associates; provide recognition; and create a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered to succeed.Champion Culture and Compliance:
Uphold company values, ethics, and standards of integrity. Guide teams to leverage digital tools and new ways of working, always striving for continuous improvement.Act as a Change Agent:
Bring agility and a keen sense for problem solving, adapting quickly to evolving business needs. Dig deep with partners to understand challenges and communicate solutions effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
