Manager, Project Management
**Position Summary...** The Project Manager will own the end‑to‑end contract intake process in our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, driving speed, accuracy, and transparency at scale. You’ll allocate work across the team, maintain and evolve legal templates, and turn contract analytics into insights that improve decisions. If you love simplifying complexity and building data‑driven, scalable operations that elevate commercial transactions, this role puts you at the center of high‑impact, cross‑functional work. The Contracts Center of Expertise delivers legal support for commercial transactions across diverse business units and categories. We operate as an internal service organization, standardizing how agreements are submitted, reviewed, and completed to reduce risk while increasing velocity. In this role, you’ll partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and category teams to connect people, process, and technology—maintaining templates and governance while surfacing insights that help the organization scale responsibly and improve the stakeholder experience. **What you'll do...** + Provide support, education, and assistance to the team and associates on the submission of contracts and the utilization of the company's contract management system. + Create analytical reports for the Lead Counsel related to contract volume, assignments, and lifecycle status. + Maintain SharePoint as the source for templates and governance. + Plan and execute projects; track timelines, budgets, compliance, and resolve issues. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans. **What you’ll bring** + Proven project management within Legal, Contracts, Procurement, or CLM operations. + Hands‑on experience with CLM tools and contract intake/workflow design. + Ability to turn data into insights; strong reporting and visualization. + SharePoint administration, template governance, and stakeholder influencing skills.
