Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Aetna Senior Supplement Insurance (SSI) business based in Franklin, TN. The role reports to the Implementation Management Office (IMO) and involves close collaboration with fellow Project Managers and Project Business Analysts.
The primary responsibility is to lead system related projects that support multiple business areas. This includes working with both internal and external teams to develop and implement solutions through scheduled system releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of projects and programs; from ideation and planning to development and implementation.
Prioritize work, resources, and timelines while understanding the financial impact of decisions.
Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and that all deliverables and deadlines are met.
Collaborate across business segments and functional areas to drive results.
Develop and maintain project timelines, identify key milestones, and secure necessary resources.
Manage internal and external relationships and expectations.
Identify and escalate potential project risks or blockers, working with leadership to resolve them.
Track and communicate project status regularly to all stakeholders.
Build and execute communication plans to ensure all impacted parties are informed of implementation tasks and timelines.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing complex projects.
Proven track record meeting project dates.
Effective communicator with strong people skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Insurance/Healthcare strongly encouraged.
SAFe/Agile Software development experience desired.
Project Manager, PMP certification desired.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
