OVERVIEW
The Global Consulting Products team designs highly configured consulting solutions that scale our business and enhance efficiency in sales and project delivery. We combine traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and advanced technologies to provide clients with strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable results. We are seeking a Manager, Product Management, Cybersecurity Consulting with a proven track record and expertise in developing consulting engagements and driving go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth for our consulting business.
ROLE
In this role, you will:
•\tLead problem framing and solution design for Cybersecurity consulting projects, serving as a thought leader on the topic.
•\tDevelop new Cybersecurity consulting offerings by leading scoping, efforts planning, pricing, and standardized proposal creation.
•\tDrive go-to-market execution for configured offerings, including sales enablement materials, market development, and organizational alignment.
•\tBuild strong internal partnership across business units to scale new offerings and act as a trusted advisor within the Consulting Products team.
•\tCollaborate with key stakeholders across Business & Market Insights (BMI), Security Solutions Organization (SSO), and Mastercard Advisors (A&CS) to ensure alignment and impact.
•\tSupport strategic sales pursuits and global projects, providing expertise and thought leadership.
•\tCreate knowledge assets and thought leadership, including:
o\tAuthoring whitepapers and best-practice content,
o\tCurating webinars and training sessions on Mastercard products and payment optimization,
o\tManaging a repository of case studies for consulting products.
ALL ABOUT YOU
•\tProven consulting experience with strong business and financial institution expertise.
•\tExceptional organizational and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
•\tHands-on experience in Cybersecurity Consulting in a large consulting firm or Corporate Security in a large organization
•\tExperience in product management with a preference for experience in the Cybersecurity space
•\tHighly proactive with strong problem-solving skills
•\tDeep empathy for customers, with a strong commitment to understanding and advocating for their needs.
•\tDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•\tAbility to work autonomously, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•\tProven track record of delivering on time, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality results.
•\tAbility to thrive in ambiguous situations, adapt to changing priorities, and pivot when necessary
•\tAble to make data-driven decisions in complex and evolving environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
•\tUndergraduate degree and experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
•\tSkilled in managing senior stakeholders and identifying new business development opportunities.
•\tExperience drafting proposals and scoping engagements in a consulting environment.
•\tStrong analytical and structured thinking with proficiency in numerical analysis.
•\tAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•\tFluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
