Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management Technical EnablementOverviewWe are seeking a Manager, Product Management Technical Enablement to design, build, and operationalize the technical foundations of Mastercard’s Studio operating model. This role owns the translation of product and governance intent into implemented system behavior, with Microsoft PowerApps and Dataverse as the primary execution platforms.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, this role is accountable for system design, workflow logic, data modeling, and technical implementation that enable consistent, scalable, and testable product development across the organization.
This is a hands-on, high-judgment role requiring strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to synthesize complex requirements into decision-ready, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
System Design & Technical Enablement
•\tOwn the end-to-end design and implementation of Studio workflows across the Product Catalog, Product Enhancements, approval workflows, lifecycle governance, and readiness controls.
•\tDesign and build enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Dataverse, including:
o\tData models and entity relationships
o\tValidation and state-transition logic
o\tApproval workflows and conditional routing
o\tAutomated processes and integrations
•\tDefine and enforce clear system states, lifecycle transitions, and approval rules to ensure solutions are testable, auditable, and scalable.
•\tServe as the single point of accountability for how requirements are expressed as implemented system behavior.

•\tLead the authoring and shaping of high-quality requirements, including:
o\tUser stories anchored to the initiating actor
o\tUser flows that capture user intent only
o\tAcceptance criteria that define system state changes and are executable in UAT
•\tEnsure requirements are clear, locked, and decision-ready before being handed to engineering or release execution.
•\tIdentify and explicitly surface open decisions, tradeoffs, and governance implications before build.
•\tAct as the final quality gate on requirements clarity and correctness prior to development.

Cross-Functional Architecture & Alignment
•\tTranslate governance, regulatory, and operating-model intent into durable system designs.
•\tPartner closely with Engineering to ensure feasibility, alignment, and clean handoffs — without delegating design responsibility.
•\tCollaborate with Product, Commercialization, and Regional teams to ensure workflows reflect real operating needs while preserving global consistency.
•\tDrive architectural alignment across Studio tools, Dataverse structures, approval systems, and downstream integrations.

Required Qualifications
•\t7+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Systems Design, or related roles
•\tDemonstrated experience designing and implementing workflow-driven systems
•\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Dataverse, and no-code / low-code platforms
•\tProven ability to translate ambiguous or complex requirements into clear, testable system behavior
•\tExperience working across Product, Engineering, and Governance stakeholders

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
