Overview:
Enterprise Gateway Solutions (EGS) brings together a comprehensive suite of offerings—including Payments Gateway, Network Exchange, Wallet Pay, Services Gateway, and Private Label—to deliver robust solutions across the payment ecosystem. The Core Payments team seeks a Product Manager to lead product strategy, solution development, and execution for Mastercard’s Wallet Pay, Services Gateway, Networks Exchange, and Private Label across the Asia Pacific region.
Role Summary:
The Product Manager will drive product strategy, solutioning, execution, and revenue growth for Enterprise gateway solutions throughout Asia Pacific. This role serves as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective product management and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies for priority products, including Wallet Pay, Private Label, and Services Gateway, to maximize market penetration and growth.
•\tLead cross-functional engagement with division sales leads, regional service product leads, legal counsel, global product teams, commercial leads, billing, delivery, and market teams to align priorities, secure approvals, and ensure timely execution.
•\tPromote sales discipline and operational excellence by enforcing best practices in Salesforce (SFDC) tracking, ensuring approvals and contractual addendums are aligned with SFDC opportunities, and safeguarding EGS revenue KPIs.
•\tServe as a product subject matter expert, crafting compelling, data-driven narratives and clearly articulating the value proposition of EGS solutions.
•\tOwn and deliver revenue targets for value-added services, monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing corrective actions as needed.
•\tProvide regular leadership updates by tracking opportunities, reporting progress, and highlighting required support or resources to achieve objectives.
•\tIdentify service gaps and opportunities through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback, channelling insights into feature prioritization and roadmap planning.
•\tStay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitive offerings, regulatory developments, and compliance requirements to inform strategy and maintain market leadership.
•\tChampion innovation by introducing new services and enhancements that strengthen the EGS value proposition and drive adoption.
Qualifications & Experience:
•\tProven experience in product management or program management
•\tGood understanding of payments industry and ecosystem including digital wallets, A2A payments, fraud and security.
•\tPossess technical product development principles and processes. Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus
•\tBe comfortable with technical concepts, able to articulate the product details with customers, engineering teams.
•\tDemonstrable understanding of financial concepts including product pricing and business case development.
•\tDemonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and deliver revenue growth.
•\tExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse markets and cultures.
•\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
