**Position Summary**
As part of our goal to continue to innovate and help customers on their path to better health, the Immunizations Team is looking to ensure we are a destination for patients to receive all their vaccination needs in a safe environment that offers a great experience from beginning to end.
In this role, as a Manager on the Immunizations Team, you will be a key contributor in the development of a roadmap that helps people gain protection against vaccine preventable diseases and truly live out the company strategic imperatives. You will play a key role in communicating new enhancements and workflow improvements to our pharmacy teams. This will include the development of training materials and job aids for our pharmacy teams and field leaders. You will regularly interact with field leaders and business partners of supporting workstreams.
You will contribute to the creation, maintenance, and assessment of current immunization tools and resources as well as provide input to future enhancements to workflow. You will leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and workflow improvements. You will partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and deliver solutions to support our patients, pharmacy teams, and business objectives.
This role would suit someone who thrives on collaboration, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a real passion for healthcare and supporting patients and CVS colleagues. You will regularly interact with various partners across the enterprise, including digital, IT, patient safety, clinical, legal, inventory, marketing, and payer relations.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret immunization data, identify trends or gaps, and develop data-driven solutions to improve program performance and outreach.
+ Brings a creative mindset to developing and implementing innovative strategies for increasing immunization uptake, improving community engagement, and addressing vaccine hesitancy
+ 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly, demonstrating strong learning agility and problem-solving skills in unfamiliar or evolving situations.
+ High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines
+ Demonstrates ability to foster collaboration, mentor team members, and build trust with stakeholders to support successful immunization initiatives
+ Ability to think strategically with a colleague as well as customer-centric point of view.
+ Deep functional knowledge of CVS pharmacy operations and systems
+ Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
