Manager, Product Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Management professional to drive end-to-end product delivery, lead feature execution, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
This role demands strong product development expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.


Key Responsibilities
•\tOwn the full product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and PI planning.
•\tDefine, evolve, and maintain the product roadmap and requirement specifications.
•\tCollaborate with technology teams to understand systems and deliver robust solutions.
•\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives using performance metrics and production data.
•\tEnsure product development aligns with business outcomes and organizational strategy.
•\tBuild strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and execution.
•\tPrepare compelling narratives and visuals to influence decision-makers and secure leadership support.

Qualifications
•\tPrior experience in payments strongly preferred
•\tDemonstrated expertise in product management and development
•\tSelf-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis.
•\tExpertise in Agile methodologies and PI planning
•\tExcellent communication and presentation skills
•\tWillingness to learn technology, system structures, and rules
