Position Summary...Are you ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Manager of Product Development to lead the product development process for Member’s Mark, the exclusive private brand of Sam’s Club. In this role, you will drive the development of high-quality, trend-right Camping & Sporting Goods products that deliver exceptional value to our members. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Sourcing, Technical Design, Packaging, and Merchandising—to ensure product execution meets brand, quality, and financial goals.
As a key player within the Private Brand team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Member’s Mark offering through a member-first lens, grounded in innovation, performance, and everyday usability. You’ll be instrumental in delivering consistent brand voice across categories, driving speed-to-market, and scaling best practices across the development process.
In this role, you'll bring a deep understanding of the private brand landscape, large-scale retail environments, and working collaboratively with global partners to bring product to life at scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
