This is a dual role: you will manage a procurement team while also being hands-on in key/high-impact sourcing and negotiation cases. **Key Responsibilities** **1) People Leadership & Delivery** + Lead and develop a procurement team, ensuring high service quality to internal stakeholders + Plan capacity, assign tasks, manage workload and delivery progress + Coach team members; manage productivity and performance outcomes **2) Strategic Procurement Execution (Hands-on)** + Own **high-value/complex sourcing and negotiation cases** , including strategic suppliers and escalations + Provide final guidance/approval to ensure best value (cost, quality, reliability, risk) + Manage supplier relationships and resolve commercial/service issues **3) Governance & Business Impact** + Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audit requirements + Drive savings, spend control, and procurement KPIs (cycle time, supplier performance, compliance rate) + Improve procurement processes and leverage technology/tools to increase efficiency **To thrive in this role, you need** + Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement strategy, contracting, vendor management + Proven negotiation and cost optimization capability + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills + Leadership mindset with coaching & performance management experience **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain (or related field); CPSM/CPM is a plus + Solid procurement experience in a large-scale environment (preferably multinational / technology services) + Experience in budget management, cost savings delivery, and leading procurement teams **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
