Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Role and Responsibilities:** + Active involvement in tendering, procurement & contractual processes + Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual rate contracts of various plant locations. + Vendor development Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence. + Tendering / PO related activities - + Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries, receive quotes, invite them for negotiation + Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis + Finalization of contract + Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivaua system. + Coordination with the contractors/vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery of material as per schedule. + Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and contractors. + Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities. **Job Scope** **Internal Interactions** (within the organization) Cross-functional stakeholder management **External Interactions** (outside the organization) Coordination with Consultants, Contractors, Architects etc. **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** Graduation in Civil preferred **Skills** + Construction/Facility procurement specialization + SAP/Ivalua, MS-office with proficiency in Excel and Power Point **Experience** + Min 10 to 12 years experience procurement **_Disclaimer:_** _The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employee within this classification.
