**Position Purpose:** The Manager of Processors and Debit Networks is responsible for managing external relationships with the THD's payment processors and external debit networks through partnership with their account management teams. Core responsibilities include ensuring THD's contractual obligations with payments Processors and Debit Networks are met and ensure THD's compliance with the global card brand rules. Works with Payments IT/Product team to implement any technology required to meet these rules **Key Responsibilities:** **Vendor Management** + Managing contractual obligations with payment processors and debit networks to ensure pricing, minimum volumes, vendor performance metrics/SLAs, etc. are met; assist with formal exceptions/waivers and vendor negotiations as needed. + Ownership of THD's debit routing rules and ensuring optimization, while staying compliant with network rules. + Partner with vendors on bringing to market new payment functions/innovations, technological enhancements, and process improvements that drive sales and improve the customer experience at the lowest cost. **IT Prioritization** + Partners with IT and Product teams on key initiatives (either new technology or compliance-related) and tracking against those initiatives on a monthly/quarterly basis (or more frequently as needed) to drive them to completion. **Stakeholder Management** + Clear and concise communicator + Builds trust with business partners through proven results **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong organizational skills to manage projects end-to-end + Experience with project management tools + Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Clear and concise communicator + Builds trust with business partners through proven results + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
