This person will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while effectively leading and guiding a team of therapists. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective policies, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring patient outcomes. Qualifications Required Education:
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred Education:
Doctoral Degree in physical degree
Required Experience:
5+ years as a Physical Therapist. Must include experience evaluating and treating muscular and skeletal injuries. 5+ years administrative/supervisory experience, including operations, staff and policy development.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience in a high volume ambulatory health care environment. Experience with workflow analysis and improvement and staff management.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Membership in American Physical Therapy Association.
Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $95,000.00 to USD $115,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
