And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** As a Manager within the Pharmacy Growth and Innovation Testing team, you will lead initiatives that optimize performance, enhance patient outcomes, and support the development of new pharmacy and healthcare services across CVS Health. This includes managing testing strategies, evaluating operational models, ensuring regulatory alignment, and embedding patient safety as a core pillar in innovation. You will support maintenance of existing programs and day to day activities. EPIC) + Experience integrating healthcare technology into clinical workflows. + Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or clinical operations. + Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state pharmacy board rules, CMS guidance). **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
