Manager, Pharmacy Product Development - Pharmacy Health Services

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** As a Manager within the Pharmacy Growth and Innovation Testing team, you will lead initiatives that optimize performance, enhance patient outcomes, and support the development of new pharmacy and healthcare services across CVS Health. This includes managing testing strategies, evaluating operational models, ensuring regulatory alignment, and embedding patient safety as a core pillar in innovation. You will support maintenance of existing programs and day to day activities. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, legal, digital, patient safety, regulatory, and operational partners, to ensure programs are impactful, scalable, and compliant. **Required Qualifications** **Knowledge of:** + 5+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment + 5+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals + 5+ years’ experience influencing without authority + Self-directed requiring little direction + Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations + Leverages a continual improvement mindset to create simplicity and improve the colleague and customer experience + Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals + Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines + Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters + Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech + Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback + Proven track record of high performance + Regular and reliable attendance + Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager + Occasional travel may be required + Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience + Structured & Logical Thinking: The ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success. + Strong Interest in Health Care: A history of work in the health care industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world’s strongest health care companies even stronger + Powerful Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization. + Initiative: Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter with limited guidance and coaching and to proactively develop and present potential solutions + Influence: The ability to foster effective working relations with and persuade diverse business team members based on fact and reason with an emphasis on achieving tangible results **Skill In:** + Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word document, Excel, and other Microsoft application + Strong skills in: - Cross-functional project management - Patient safety and risk mitigation - Regulatory interpretation and documentation - Analytical thinking and performance reporting - Verbal and written communication **Preferred Qualifications** + 8+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment + 8+ years’ experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals + 8+ years’ experience influencing without authority + Working Knowledge of EMR system (ie. EPIC) + Experience integrating healthcare technology into clinical workflows. + Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or clinical operations. + Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state pharmacy board rules, CMS guidance). **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
