Position Summary
As a Manager within the Pharmacy Growth and Innovation Testing team, you will lead initiatives that optimize performance, enhance patient outcomes, and support the development of new pharmacy and healthcare services across CVS Health. This includes managing testing strategies, evaluating operational models, ensuring regulatory alignment, and embedding patient safety as a core pillar in innovation. You will support maintenance of existing programs and day to day activities. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, legal, digital, patient safety, regulatory, and operational partners, to ensure programs are impactful, scalable, and compliant.
Required Qualifications

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
