Role and Responsibilities
The Manager will be responsible for creating, building and managing plans to generate Samsung.com revenue and traffic through the following paid media and owned channels: Paid Search (Text & Shopping), Affiliate (Cashback / Flat Fees), Employee Pricing Programs (Aggregator / Deals sites / Pricing), Social, Content (e.g., Howl), CRM and other growth channels for direct-to-consumer marketing. This position will contribute to cross category growth and demand generation for the appliances business working closely to bridge Ecommerce and Digital Marketing channels. This person will also be involved in full-funnel paid media planning and execution for full visibility of digital marketing plans.
Oversee Google Ad properties (Paid search PLA, PMAX, Demand Generation), Affiliate & EPP partnerships, and other paid media campaigns focused on generating S.com revenue and traffic against ROAS goalsContribute to full-funnel paid media planning and execution; social (paid and owned) and CRMPractice tactical & strategic excellence in digital media management, continuously optimizing all front- and back-end attributes of a campaign for maximum direct-response performanceResponsible for forecasting projected revenue, traffic and spend (commission) by channelMonitor and manage campaign spend within channel budgets and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving targets.Collaborate with Samsung.com category managers to prioritize and execute business objectives, offers and launches for the appliances divisionPartner with HQ marketing teams to ensure global best practices are being followed and execute strategic projects and ad hoc campaignsEffectively manage agency partners to ensure resources are making the most informed and effective optimization & execution decisionsWork closely with Digital Product, Creative Services and UX teams to optimize landing page conversion. Partner with engineering to manage, optimize and troubleshoot our product feed for optimal use as well as tagging needsAnalyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvementGenerate ongoing GTMs and recaps for cross-functional and executive sharingExplore & prioritize new ad tech vendors & media partners to test in order to diversify and grow our portfolioContinuously test new creative, offers, ad formats, landing pages within existing programsDesign, execute, and monitor owned and partner CRM campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsellingKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requirements
5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing functions for brands or at agenciesAbility to facilitate work with cross-functional teams and navigate highly matrixed organizationsStrong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and fast deadlines, and ability to manage multiple projectsKnowledge of channel backend tools for Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, CM360Strong track record of delivering growth targets for consumer goodsEntrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong knowledge of excel, VlookupExperience with Tableau a plusBachelor’s degree

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $126,000 and $155,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
