The Opportunity

As the Manager, Global People Technology, you will lead a team of senior analysts to deliver the Global People Team Portfolio Roadmap. This role is central to transforming the People Team into a more agile and data-driven function through the implementation and management of system automation and efficiencies. This is a hybrid position in West Chester, PA.

You will be part of the People Solutions Leadership Team and collaborate with COEs, Technology, Legal, and vendor partners to guide innovation, ensure operational excellence, and uphold critical protocols.You will report to the Director, Global People Solutions.

Your Impact

Lead a team of senior analysts to deliver roadmap priorities and ensure quality executionFoster a culture of transparency, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvementProvide operational oversight of workload, delivery timelines, and execution qualityBe the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring delivery to contracts and KPIsBe a SME for RFI/RFP plans and vendor negotiationsInfluence roadmap alignment through analytics and partner engagement.Partner with Technology and Legal to uphold cybersecurity, user access, and platform integration protocols

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in HR technology or related fieldsProven leadership experience managing teams and delivering through othersPlatform fluency across multiple HR Technologies such as Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and UnilyKnowledge of enterprise systems configurationExperience in vendor management, program execution, and matrixed influence, and data privacyStrategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and new ideasExperience working across global teams within a complex organizational structure
