The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and Automations (Power Automate), and experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker and solution architect with a knack for process discovery, gap analysis, and stakeholder communication.What you'll do...Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI agents and Power Platform automations that solve real business challenges.Conduct thorough process discovery sessions, document and map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and create tailored AI/automation solutions.Establish and maintain governance models for solution upkeep, versioning, and performance tracking.Rank and prioritize automation opportunities based on metrics, business impact, and resource availability.Collaborate cross-functionally to test, validate, and iterate on solutions pre-release.Train end-users and stakeholders on leveraging AI/automation tools effectively.Continuously track solution performance using KPIs and adjust as necessary to ensure success.Proactively communicate with SMEs and leadership to align expectations, progress, and milestones.Stay ahead of trends and advancements in the AI, GenAI, and RPA space to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
What you'll bring...
Proven expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI-agent development and deployment.Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.Strategic thinking with ability to architect, implement, and govern enterprise-grade AI solutions.Effective communicator with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in the AI/automation space.Minimum Qualifications:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
