The mission of the Partner Marketing team is to drive awareness of the Netflix brand and capture subscriber acquisition through high quality partnerships and promotions. Our partners range from global electronics brands to local operators and telcos and pay TV players (e.g. Orange, SFR, Free, Bouygues Telecom and Canal +) who help us access new audiences and broader reach. Working closely with other internal marketing teams, we help solve our partners’ business problems with inspired marketing solutions that make people so excited about Netflix they sign up and watch.
We are looking for a talented individual to join the Marketing Partnerships Creative team to support the creative execution of full funnel campaigns and activations on behalf of Netflix and drive best creative outcomes with our distribution partners. In this role you will work with a variety of cross-functional internal teams, external distribution partners and creative agencies with our partners across France.
The briefs and outputs of these partner campaigns will vary: it may be a 360 consumer-facing campaign promoting Netflix and a Distribution Partner (e.g. TV, OOH, social, digital assets), or it may require executing operational tasks across key partner touchpoints (e.g. Retail, Sales Conferences, Call Centers, training materials). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in delivering brilliant creative against a range of full funnel marketing objectives for established brands.
Key responsibilities:
Engage with distribution partners and their agencies and manage on behalf of Netflix the creative development of full funnel campaigns & activations across France and SSA. This includes the creative ideation, approval loops, delivery and asset management for ATL, BTL, in-store activations, sales conferences etc.
Where applicable join or drive specialist agency briefings and manage the feedback loop with partners and agencies ensuring creative standards and Netflix guidelines are met.
Represent Netflix at creative reviews, pre-production meetings and shoots. Facilitate the production and operations behind a campaign on behalf of Netflix, and give the final sign off on campaign assets and deliverables.
Input on creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met and provide guidance and feedback at any point in the campaign development. Establish and discuss clear and confident opinions on creative and provide proactive solutions that will drive business impact to quickly become a trusted partner to all stakeholders.
Use the results of creative testing and performance to implement change in the campaign where needed.
Efficient and timely communication across multiple cross-functional internal Netflix teams (e.g. legal, business development, title marketing, publicity) so all relevant stakeholders are informed of the partner campaigns.
Be able to apply relevant learnings to maximize success across partner projects, and be firm in pursuing what is best for Netflix.
Handle signing of all contractual documents (SOWs, POs, MSAs)
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years full funnel campaign development experience. We see the role suiting someone from a TelCo, Tech or Consumer Electronics campaign management background, or Account Management role at a creative through-the-line agency.
Creative acumen is vital as is a solid commercial mindset.
Fluency in English and French is required
Acute project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple partners simultaneously, managing bandwidth to ensure each partner is appropriately supported.
Operational excellence, capable at prioritizing tasks, engaging timely stakeholders, and managing timings and budgets across a range of briefs.
A forward-thinker, extremely organized, proactive.
Presentation skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to foster and manage relationships with diverse business partners and stakeholders
