Are you a packaging expert with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and team leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Packaging and Graphics function, influence strategy at a senior level, and deliver impactful packaging solutions across all our categories.
This role is based at our Nuneaton Site, with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Work pattern: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week.

Leading and developing a high‑performing Packaging and Graphics team.Managing all packaging projects across Innovation, NPD, Renovation, Value Engineering and Sustainability.Owning the full packaging artwork and graphics process for branded and private label products.Delivering a forward‑looking Packaging Sustainability roadmap aligned with the Saputo Promise.Managing resource allocation across a diverse project portfolio and identifying risks and solutions.Leading packaging trials to agreed protocols.Building strong supplier partnerships that support innovation and CSR goals.Ensuring regulatory compliance, due diligence, horizon scanning and alignment with BRC and Central Technical.Providing expert guidance on print, colour management, and artwork best practice.Managing and reporting on the R&D Packaging budget.YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…
Technically qualified to degree level or equivalent.Experienced in food packaging development within FMCG, ideally within a leadership roleA strong communicator with the ability to influence and motivate across all levels.Strong commercial understanding and budget management experience.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative, curious and solutions‑focused, with strong industry knowledge and an eye for innovation.Experience with Stage‑Gate processes and project management frameworks.Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and artwork systems.WE SUPPORT AND CARE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES BY PROVIDING YOU WITH…
