Job Summary

The OSAT Manager will work with Operation and OSATs engineering team for smooth transition of new product to manufacturing; He will be the bridge between engineering team in US and the manufacturing team in OSAT to make sure high-volume manufacturing/testing process for new SiTime product are ready and aligned with the OSAT. The OSAT manager also oversee ORT (On Going Reliability) test of the SiTime products. He works cross functionally to lead LVM (Low Volume Manufacturing) of the new products while managing Safe Launch of products to Operation.

 

Responsibilities:

Work with NPI team to understand new products and make sure resources (HW, SW, Personnel) are available and ready at OSAT for launch the new product.Responsible for gathering the production/testing information and communicating to OSATCollaborate cross functionally to bring up OSAT, document all procedures, and confirm capacity.Work with PE and TE team to make sure that final test processes are executable in high volume Oversee ORT and inform cross-functional team of any failures and lead initial data collection.

 

Qualifications & Requirements :   

Minimum bachelore’s degree in electrical engineeringFamiliar with high volume manufacturing and test (ATE).Familiarity with running Qual (reliability) of semiconductor industryfamiliar with ATE testing, capacity calculation and planningMinimum 5 years’ experience in operations or development in semiconductor industry.
