Manager, Operations-Strategy, Last Mile Delivery, Trust and Safety
Position Summary...We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Manager to support the Strategy function for the Safety team within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance safety and security across LMD operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive preventative measures, and contributing to the execution of safety strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do...

Safety & Security Strategy Support

• Identify opportunities to improve security across LMD operations.
• Support the design and implementation of security protocols tailored to LMD operations.
• Analyze incident and claims data to uncover trends and inform prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement safety and security enhancements.
• Provide recommendations on operational changes from a security perspective.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Intelligence

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather intelligence and support security initiatives.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic goals.
• Align security efforts with broader business objectives.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in safety, security operations, asset protection, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Copilot, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-exposure environments.
• Familiarity with security and risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
