Manager, Operations-Policy and Process Governance, Last Mile Delivery, Trust and Safety
Position Summary...We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager to support Policy Governance within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety team. This role will assist in developing and maintaining governance frameworks for policies that promote safe, fair, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong execution skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in policy governance, risk management, and process improvement.

What you'll do...

Policy Governance Support

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Trust & Safety policies.

Support the development and upkeep of policy documentation and governance artifacts.

Help ensure consistency and fairness in policy execution across teams.

Policy Review & Compliance

Participate in regular reviews of existing policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Support monitoring of compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure policy alignment.

Change Management & Communication

Track and document policy changes, including version control and approvals.

Assist in developing training materials and communication plans for policy rollouts.

Serve as a point of contact for policy-related inquiries.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with operational teams to gather feedback and identify policy gaps.

Coordinate with product, legal, and compliance teams to support policy integration.

What you’ll bring:

3–5 years of experience in policy governance, operations, risk management, or related fields.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in Trust & Safety, operations, or highly regulated environments.

Familiarity with policy management tools or governance platforms.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to logistics, technology, or data privacy.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
