Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager – Catchment Space to lead and drive initiatives related to catchment strategy, space planning, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tools such as SQL and Tableau, understanding of catchment dynamics, and the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. This position plays a critical role in shaping location-based strategies, optimizing space utilization, and delivering impactful solutions aligned with business objectives.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated experience in data interpretation and visualization using tools such as SQL and Tableau.Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive complex initiatives, and deliver results within established timelines.Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization.Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or other relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.3+ years of relevant professional experience, including prior exposure to catchment space strategy, planning, or a related analytical field.Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role is preferred.

Catchment Space Expertise

Leverage prior experience and understanding of catchment space dynamics to drive strategy, identify opportunities, and support optimal space allocation and planning decisions across relevant markets.

Analytical & Technical Proficiency

Utilize advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Tableau, to extract, interpret, and visualize data effectively.Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Stakeholder & Project Management

Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders across multiple functions with professionalism and strategic foresight.Lead and drive projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings, proposals, and updates clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
