Position Summary...The Manager, Operations-3P Integration role leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and support business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop scalable solutions, and implement process improvements. The manager oversees execution from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment to organizational goals, compliance with company policies, and clear communication with stakeholders while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
The team leads platform strategy and operational enablement across Walmart’s third-party gig and last-mile delivery ecosystem. Core focus areas include technology integration, carrier orchestration, vendor partnerships, and operational excellence. Through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners, the team delivers scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that improve capacity, performance, and customer experience while bridging strategic roadmaps with day-to-day executionWhat you'll do...Design and execute end-to-end project plans, timelines, and deliverables for operational initiatives.Drive initiatives from intake through implementation, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to analyze problems, align on solutions, and implement improvements.Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.Communicate project status, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.Support process optimization, cost reduction, and scalability across third-party gig and delivery programs.Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting accountability and operational rigor.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
