Title and Summary

Manager, Network Strategy and Execution – Latin America and the Caribbean

Overview:

]The Manager, Network Strategy and Execution will support and manage the strategic planning and execution of the Transaction Stream platform migration initiative across Latin America and the Caribbean region. The role will be driving product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of the migration. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of switching capabilities, and platform infrastructure to drive successful transitions from the Classic to Transaction Stream platform.

Role
•\tBe the point of contact across the region, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on execution plans and success metrics.
•\tDrive proactive internal and external communications of the Transaction Stream value proposition.
•\tPartner with global and technical teams to evaluate the Classic platform setup in the region and define migration strategies to Stream for market level nuances (e.g., installments).
•\tProvide in-depth leadership on strategic markets
•\tDrive execution for all markets in LAC, partner with global and regional product and tech teams to support roadmap execution.
•\tPartner with cross functional business units and local markets to communicate the strategy and provide updates on the migration.
•\tOwn the relationship with market leads to ensure alignment and transparency regarding platform priorities and trade-offs 
•\tProvide input into and influence the global product development and prioritization based on regional needs and priorities  
•\tDevelop and maintain a strong point of view on regional market landscape, customer needs, competitor strategies.
•\tThe role is an individual contributor role

All About You
•\tPrior experience in payments and knowledge of authorization, settlement and clearing required
•\tProduct management or technical experience in a Latin America regional role preferred
•\tStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
•\tSelf-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently as team may be across different markets
•\tAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios
•\tAbility to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
•\tSuperior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
•\tProject management skills – strong organization and task management is expected
•\tStrong collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally
•\tBuild and leverage relationships within the organization to drive results
•\tInteract with varying levels across the organization and with internal and external clients
•\tAvailability to work in a hybrid model, being in office 3x per week.
