Manager, Merchandising Operations
What you’ll do:
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting initiatives to meet customer and business needs.Set clear goals and objectives, measure progress, and drive accountability for results.Identify and address opportunities for improvement, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, supporting the Open Door Policy and guiding associates in business processes.Manage projects from planning to completion, including scheduling, documentation, and performance measurement.Execute multiple business plans by identifying operational needs, removing barriers, providing resources, and developing contingency plans.Support internal customers by analyzing data, driving solutions, and recommending process improvements.Prioritize and execute key business strategies, manage cross-functional initiatives, and translate merchandising strategies into actionable programs.What you’ll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
