Manager, Marketing Technology Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to support and optimize the systems that power our marketing operations. In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end content lifecycle and manage key marketing technology platforms to ensure efficient creation, approval, and distribution of marketing assets. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and technology partners to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who brings hands‑on Workfront expertise, enjoys improving processes, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including Workfront, and support digital asset management (DAM) and content management systems (CMS).Collaborate with IT and marketing partners to integrate tools and maintain data consistency across platforms.Oversee the full content lifecycle—from ideation through creation, approval, publishing, and archiving—and identify automation opportunities that improve speed and quality.Partner with the Asset Team to ensure strong governance practices, including workflow standards and metadata requirements.Configure, maintain, and optimize Workfront for project management, resource planning, reporting, and operational workflows.Monitor and enforce Workfront data cleanliness and best practices to drive adoption and effective use.Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and onboarding materials to support platform adoption and user proficiency.Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows through automation, improved processes, and KPI monitoring.Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate across creative, marketing, and technology teams to support timelines, deliverables, and operational alignment.

​​Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or a related role.Hands‑on administration and configuration experience with Adobe Workfront or a similar project management platform.Strong understanding of content lifecycle management and digital asset workflows.Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS/DAM platforms.Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Understanding of data structures and integration strategies across a marketing technology ecosystem.Knowledge of AI applications in marketing technology.

EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
