What You'll Do
Own day-to-day execution of Walmart Marketplace’s organic social presence, including scheduling, publishing, QA, tagging, and performance reporting.Coordinate publishing timelines and delivery across Marketplace blog and site content, partnering with content, lifecycle marketing, and creative teams.Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for social, blog, and site surfaces to ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution.Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with Marketplace’s brand narrative, key messaging and editorial content priorities.Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure owned channels support key seller moments, from acquisition to growth.Track and report on performance across all surfaces, surface insights, and recommend optimizations to improve acquisition and effectiveness.Support testing initiatives to improve content format, timing, and channel strategy based on performance learnings.Contribute to team planning and stakeholder updates by providing clear, actionable insights on owned channel health and performance.What You'll Bring
3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content operations, ideally in a B2B or SaaS. Brand-direct and agency experience preferred.Hands-on experience managing and publishing organic social content across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and others.Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage timelines across multiple work-streams.Experience developing and maintaining marketing workflows or SOPs.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.Collaborative and proactive communicator, comfortable working across marketing, content, and business teams.Passion for building programs that support entrepreneurial growth and create value for sellers.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
