Manager, Marketing

The Manager, Marketing is responsible for leading and executing regional marketing strategies that drive demand, brand awareness, and business growth. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with people leadership, overseeing a team to deliver integrated marketing programs that support sales objectives and bring products and services successfully to market in alignment with global strategies.


Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional marketing professionals to achieve individual and team objectives
• Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for direct reports aligned with regional and global marketing strategies
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Monitor and analyze team performance against KPIs including lead generation, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and brand awareness
• Provide regular reporting and insights to regional leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities
• Develop email and social media campaigns for the region
• Manage LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search Ads, and Display Ads for the region
• Providing the sales team with the information required to successful sell the PPT portfolio
    o Developing collateral and selling tools
   o Developing ABM campaigns
   o Preparing for Webinars
   o Supporting RFPs
   o Preparing sales decks

• Developing the regional marketing plan and budget and implementing programs that consistently generate new and high-quality leads
• Work with the US based marketing team leverage creative and the marketing tech stack to drive leads for regional
• Understand and partner with the regional sales needs, support sales as needed
• Work with the PR teams to develop bylines and articles for EMEA publications
• Work with the global AR teams to prepare for analyst calls and information sessions
• Generate motivating content for the regional target audiences including: whitepapers, blogs, case studies, social and video
• Track the regional PPT competitive set
• Identify regional tradeshows for participation and manage the tradeshow process
• Manage the regional premium program
• Leverage Marketing Operations tools to drive awareness i.e. Drift, Terminus


Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading team members, agencies, or contractors
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with experience supporting demand generation and pipeline growth
• Strong analytic and communication skills
• Strong presenting skills
• Good stakeholder management skills, must be adept at dealing with senior leaders
• Strong CRM skills
• Past lead generation experience
