Position Purpose:
Fuel the future of loyalty at The Home Depot by turning customer member data into bold insights and actionable insights. This role leads and supports analytical initiatives that uncover key drivers of customer engagement, retention, and value. Partners closely with Strategy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership to develop scalable tools, dashboards, and analyses that enable data-driven decisions across the loyalty lifecycle. Drives a deeper understanding of member behavior and segments, fueling strategies that strengthen program enrollment, frequency, and spend. Acts as a strategic thought partner across the enterprise to champion customer-centric thinking and deliver measurable business impact through loyalty-focused analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
