Manager, Integrated Program Specialist, EVMS
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Integrated Program Specialist to join our Program Management Office. This remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations teams to drive the development and execution of integrated program plans and schedules, ensuring compliance and delivering actionable insights that support successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) + Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to integrate intermediate schedules into the IMP/IMS + Support proposal development by creating interim schedules and advising on Basis of Estimate documents + Update IMS regularly with status and Estimate to Complete (ETC) inputs from CAMs + Perform critical path and driving path analyses + Assist the Program Earned Value Analyst with scheduled and ad hoc tasks + Deliver schedule-related reports to Program Management, highlighting risks and recommending mitigation strategies + Participate in program reviews and support compliance audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Process) + Ensure proper implementation of EVMS using standard tools and processes + Maintain audit-ready documentation and support periodic process reviews Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3+ years of experience + (In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant experience required) + Proficiency in Microsoft Project + Strong understanding of EVMS principles and compliance standards + Excellent communication and collaboration skills + Ability to work independently in a remote environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $63.88 - $63.88/hr.
