Your Impact
The primary purpose of the role is to create and manage the pricing strategy for Lowe's U.S Services with the development of cost structures for labor and retail pricing guidance. This includes responsibility for supporting internal and field based teams on all Services Labor costs creation and management of complex pricing models across the company. This role must have knowledge around pricing dynamics, financial analysis and modeling, home improvement, consumer analytics and competitive intelligence.

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, related field or equivalent experience, and 8 Years experience in home improvement retail with specific knowledge of pricing dynamic5 Years Experience working in a professional environment3 Years Experience in a financial or quantitative analysis positioningExperience managing project teams and working cross-functionallyExperience in negotiation and relationship buildingPreferred Skills/Education
Master's Degree MBA in Accounting, Finance related field or equivalent experience.Experience in retail specifically in home improvement, installation services, category management, or contracting
