Position Summary
The Manager, Informatics is an individual contributor role. In this position, you will work within our Duals COE Informatics team and act as the liaison between our Medicare/Medicaid IT teams and our Operations teams. This role will be responsible for engaging with our IT teams on projects that support Duals COE operational and reporting requirements. This includes:
Opening and managing change requestsGathering and defining project requirementsConducting user acceptance testingPerforming production check-out and communicating to stakeholdersMonitoring import/export jobs, both internally and through sFTP connectivitySupport the Duals COE Informatics team in maintaining databases that power operational and regulatory reporting, including monitoring report and database refresh processes.Publishing reports to our centralized reporting suiteMaintain databases and coordinate with report developers to clean up spaceSubmit tickets to IT & database administrators to report outages/issues

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
