Manager, ICE Bonds Sales
Overview

Job Purpose

ICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provide firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated, cost-efficient trade execution services. Comprised of three leading fixed income electronic trading platforms, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed income professional to join ICE Bonds to support the continued expansion of our products into the Institutional Community.

 

Responsibilities

Prospect, onboard, and engage with buy-side accounts, specifically Asset Managers, SMAs, and Hedge Funds.Drive consistent usage of ICE Bonds and generate transactional activity on platformsBuild and maintain strong relationships with client roles across the front officeProvide strategic feedback to Product management based on client responseConduct comprehensive performance reviews to optimize trading activity  Understand client front office workflows and ICE front-office solutions to identify cross-selling opportunities Educate clients about new protocols and enhancements, and manage technical project timelines to advance platform integrations 

 

Knowledge and Experience

7+ or more years of experience with and / or knowledge of Electronic Fixed Income TradingDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including senior leadershipStrong knowledge of Corporate and/or Municipal Bond MarketStrong understanding of fixed income market structure, electronic trading, and supporting order management and execution technologiesExcellent communication and client service skillsBachelor's degree requiredSeries 7 requiredSeries 63 preferred

 

Schedule

This role is five days a week in office attendance. Travel up to 35% of time required.

 

Base Salary Range for New York 

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $130,000 - 180,000.   The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances. 

 

Base Salary Range for Illinois 

The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $120,000 - 180,000.   The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
