Purpose of the role:
Lead Pearson’s Higher Education marketing strategy and execution across MEA, driving institutional purchase and strategic partnerships, cont5inthe transition from print to digital, and increasing student monetisation. You will own full-funnel regional plans that combine brand storytelling with measurable performance, partner closely with Sales and Product, and ensure activity is insight-driven, locally relevant and commercially focused.

Skills & Competencies:
Strategic leader with a builder’s mindset; comfortable moving from narrative to operational detail.
Proven full-funnel marketing expertise (brand, demand, ABM, CRM) with strong digital performance acumen.
Exceptional stakeholder management across Sales, Product and Centres of Excellence; able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
Data-driven decision-making with rigorous campaign optimisation and clear storytelling of impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executive audiences and external partners.
Languages: fluent English and Arabic for regional effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications:
6–8 years’ progressive marketing experience preferably in education, SaaS or adjacent B2B/B2C sectors, including regional responsibility.
Track record delivering institutional ABM, digital migration campaigns and student growth programmes.
Experience enabling Sales organisations through toolkits, training and playbooks; comfort working in matrixed environments.
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field; professional marketing qualification beneficial.
Ways of working:
Hybrid/remote with routine travel across MEA sub-regions.
Operate collaboratively with EMEA and Global teams; share best practice and contribute to global campaign kits when relevant.

Accelerate print-to-digital: Convert faculty and students to our market-leadin, AI-integrated digital platforms with clear adoption journeys and measurable usage growth.
Increase student monetisation: Grow acquisition, retention and LTV via performance marketing, CRM and partner channels.
