**GENERAL PURPOSE:**
The Manager, Fixture Inventory and Project Management will utilize retail industry knowledge, corporate and field input to ensure there is sufficient flow of fixture inventory in design, in forecast, on order, in production, and on hand, to support new store openings along with capital and expense projects in existing stores, on time and on budget with minimal obsolescence and high quality\. They will apply project management knowledge to serve as PMO on key cross\-functional store fixture projects themself and lead the implementation of project management tools and methods across fixture projects led by others\.
The base salary range for this role is $108,800 \- $165,950\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
Inventory Management:
• Lead a team of an inventory analyst and a project lead in the management of fixture inventory for in\-store fixture projects\.
• Develop detailed forecasts of upcoming fixture needs for leadership approval, then execute approved forecasts with vendors to enable timely production planning and execution to achieve required installation dates\.
• Maintain and communicate detailed tracking and reporting of fixture inventory on order, in production, and on hand, across all vendors and programs\. Proactively identify risks to inventory flow, recommend potential risk mitigation actions to leadership for approval, and execute approved risk mitigation plans engaging vendors and partners\.
• Lead the design, development and optimization of inventory management processes and tools, including business requirements for inventory management software solutions\.
Project Management:
• Serve as PMO on cross\-functional store fixture projects, integrating connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed, supporting sound decision quality\. Maintain frequent communication with project team members, partners and stakeholders, to keep projects on track to plan\.
• Lead the design, development and implementation of project management processes and tools across store fixture projects, maximizing the capabilities of Smartsheet\.
• Partner with the design team to closely track the progress of the portfolio of new designs in the pipeline, in support of future in\-store fixture projects\.
• Prepare and present clear, fact\-based presentations to convey project status and next steps to senior management audiences, and gain credibility based on recommendations\.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:**
• BA/BS degree required\.
• 5\+ years of professional work experience, preferably within retail or consumer products, that includes inventory management\.
• Experience with strategic initiatives, cross\-functional stakeholder engagement, and project management, including the ability to drive results and manage competing priorities\.
• Strong leadership and project management skills and ability to manage contractors\.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement, operational efficiency and cost savings\.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and Smartsheet required\. Experience with PowerBI desired\.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and succinctly, both verbally and written\.
• Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently\.
• Strong business and financial acumen\.
• Intellectual curiosity, humility, and resilience to navigate a fast\-paced retail landscape\.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:**
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer\.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in\-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc\.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance\.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically\.
This role requires regular in\-office presence, including to engage in in\-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback\. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in\-office and remote work\.\#LI\-Hybrid
