Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions by managing a team of financial analysts, coordinating budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, approving and reviewing journal entries, completing variance analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment. **Required Qualifications** 5+ years of finance experience. 2+ years of accounting experience. **Preferred Qualifications** Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills. Adept at business intelligence. Adept at problem solving and decision making skills. Adept at collaboration and teamwork. Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills. Adept at communicating with people at all levels of the organization is essential. Profound knowledge of U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other financial systems (SAP/Oracle) is advantageous. Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC) preferred. **Education** Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of relevant experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
