Responsibilities


•\tPartner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to design and implement targeted sourcing and attraction strategies for senior executive roles in the external market.
•\tLead initial executive talent assessments, conducting thoughtful screening and engagement of passive candidates to determine alignment with business needs.
•\tDevelop and maintain robust executive pipelines within the CRM, ensuring strong pools of deployable talent for both current and future opportunities.
•\tEnsure adherence to core TA processes and systems, championing operational discipline, data quality, and process integrity across all stages of the executive hiring lifecycle.
