What you will do: + Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. + Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals. + Ensure that software development projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices. Who you are: + Proven experience in software development and team management. + Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
