**What you’ll be doing**
Marketing Data and Advanced Analytics (MDAA) is responsible for CIBC’s direct marketing programs. The MDAA Analytics group is responsible for supporting direct marketing efforts by driving and creating a culture of data-driven decision making across the team. The group provides analysis and reporting to enables direct marketing strategy by engaging in sales lead evaluation, marketing campaign measurement, and client centric analyses.
Reporting to the Director Analytics, the Manager of Digital Marketing Measurement & Insights will be an individual contributor on the team and is responsible for leveraging sales and digital marketing data to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable reports, dashboards and insights. We work in partnership with our Digital Sales & Strategy team to set annual digital sales targets, analyze digital marketing journeys, and forecast performance. Our collaboration extends to other CIBC Digital teams including Digital Media, Personalization, Data Integration, and Agile Sales & Marketing to drive lasting improvements that focus on promoting products that are most relevant to our clients.
Our team is accountable for developing a holistic story that is easily digestible by various audiences. We obsess with understanding the entire digital client journey and making data driven recommendations with the objective of meeting aggressive campaign and annual targets. Recommendations will feed into future sales plans and optimization opportunities.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Collaboration & Communication** – As a Senior Analyst, you take initiative and produce actionable insights by engaging with multiple teams and key stakeholders to deliver value to the business. Working closely with the Digital Sales & Strategy team, you will explore and inspire opportunities to help drive business growth by telling data-driven stories and showcasing the art of the possible.
+ **Digital Analysis and Reporting** – Building meaningful analyses and reports around digital performance of marketing programs for our products , channels and marketing partners. Analyzing Marketing opportunity drivers for CIBC, relative to expected performance and providing insights to Marketing management. Tracking and analyzing of Marketing performance and behavior across all CIBC campaigns, products and channels. Forecasting Marketing performance based on historical data and anticipated business environment. Explaining unanticipated variations from expected Marketing performance and behaviors and providing recommendations to management. Familiarity with data and digital analytics technology for web and mobile app such as Adobe Analytics and SQL.
