As a core member of the leadership team, you will shape and execute the strategic and operational direction of our India development team. Partnering with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units, you will architect scalable, resilient solutions for our enterprise platforms and strategic partners. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and people management skills to deliver timely, high-quality results and revise and enforce essential processes. You will lead multiple engineering teams, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of software solutions that align with business goals while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Key Responsibilities ·        Team Leadership & Management o   Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers and engineers. o   Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. o   Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. ·        Project & Delivery Management o   Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and priorities. o   Ensure timely and quality delivery of software releases. o   Oversee sprint planning, execution, delivery and retrospectives.   Technical Leadership o   Guide the team in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and architecture. o   Drive technical initiatives such as code reviews, design reviews, and system improvements. o   Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential use. Process & Collaboration o   Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and product tailored methodologies o   Improve development processes, tooling, and workflows to maximize productivity and quality. o   Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.  People & Culture o   Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. o   Build a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive. o   Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
