Key Responsibilities ·        Team Leadership & Management o   Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers and engineers. o   Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. o   Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. ·        Project & Delivery Management o   Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and priorities. o   Ensure timely and quality delivery of software releases. o   Oversee sprint planning, execution, delivery and retrospectives.   Technical Leadership o   Guide the team in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and architecture. o   Drive technical initiatives such as code reviews, design reviews, and system improvements. o   Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential use.
