Translate business briefs and Style creative requests into developed 3D-based visual content
Define the layout, product placement, lighting, environment design, and overall visual tone for each scene
Work from a department's style guide or in close collaboration with its creative lead, depending on the request
Create mockups that serve as visual blueprints for 3D vendors-ensuring clarity, fidelity, and creative intent
Oversee the creative development of each scene from start to finish, balancing storytelling, accuracy, and scalability
Partner with production teams to ensure final outputs reflect your direction
Be the primary 3D creative lead for all Style BU requests, aligning cross-team partners on direction and outcomes
Lead exploratory creative work and new idea pilots (e.g., Adobe Stager/Substance, new capabilties)
Manage creative leadership for vendor RFPs and capability development-ensuring we're expanding smartly and selecting partners aligned with Walmart standards
Support prioritization and planning of seasonal workstreams in partnership with the Head of 3D Creative Technology
What you'll bring...Minimum 3 years of experience in CGI, 3D-based content creation, or digital retail/lifestyle storytelling
2+ years creative experience in Home, Beauty, or Style-focused visual content
Experience with lighting, composition, spatial design, and brand storytelling
Manage high-volume creative workflows without compromising quality
High proficiency with Adobe CC and MS Office tools
Demonstrated experience with RFPs, vendor selection, or capability-expansion in a creative company
Working knowledge of CGI production pipelines and vendor collaboration

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
