About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity to be the brand owner and creative expert for the new LocalFinds identity, activating across the B2B, B2C, and B2B2C ecosystem. You’ll provide strategic leadership and serve as the go-to across various cross-functional teams.
As the first hire in this role, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive end-to-end creative strategy that ensures synergy across all touchpoints. Your oversight will span across marketing, product, and site experiences, ranging from sales one-sheeters to social campaigns and onsite merchandising banners, to in-store activations and the digital product experience itself.
The goal is to deliver world-class creative that wins hearts, changes minds, and drives results. You will achieve this through compelling storytelling and breakthrough messaging that seamlessly integrates the LocalFinds identity within Walmart's brand.
As an enabler of business goals, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in LocalFinds business, eCommerce site, Marketplace marketing, and Walmart Creative Studios, alongside agencies and production partners to execute.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration: Ideate, create, and implement omnichannel design systems born from the Enterprise Brand. Work with internal and external partners to design sub-brands, services, and platform-specific identities that span across physical and digital channels.Pursue ways that we can work better, faster.Manage projects that are on-brief and polished, mitigating feedback, ultimately keeping workstreams on track.Brand Owner: Act as expert on LocalFinds and GoLocal identity and positioning, working with broader Marketplace and Walmart brand colleagues. Manage voice and visual branding across channels, including site merchandising, marketing campaigns and product experience. Build a repository and source of truth for all assets.Brand Compliance: Uphold brand standards and ensure design production adheres to brand style guides to maintain a consistent brand experience – both internal and external, such as third-party sellers or channel partners.Project Oversight: Manage high-profile design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Creative Briefs: Provide strategic creative leadership and partner on brief development supporting various seller or customer-facing marketing/merchandising campaign workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall LocalFinds or GoLocal strategy and objectives, while fitting into the larger ecosystem of Walmart campaigns.Design Deliverables: Lead the development of creative assets, including both hands-on graphic design and oversight, driving output for marketing campaigns, sales campaigns, events, in-store signage, internal collateral and more.Sales Enablement & Success Collateral: Partner with the marketing lead and business teams to support Business Development, Channel Partnerships and Seller Success asset needs.Production & Agency Relationships: Act as the primary creative liaison with external agencies and vendors, including creative concepting.Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of brand experience in both B2B and B2CProficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Slides.Experience operating in a complex, matrixed organizationExperience launching a new brand or product from scratchStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate external artist partners and connect across Walmart Creative Studio.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment leading design work.Preferred Qualifications:

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
