**Position Summary...**
The Seller Education team is seeking an experienced Learning Design Manager to lead Seller Academy. Seller Academy offers a variety of educational resources tailored to empower third-party sellers on Walmart Marketplace. Through engaging emails, informative videos, in-depth courses, the Seller Academy ecosystem equips sellers with the tools and insights needed to sharpen their skills, improve their performance and succeed on our platform.
**What you'll do...**
The ideal candidate will be a talented leader who is passionate about eLearning content and processes and can effectively lead a small team of agency content creators to produce and maintain instructional yet engaging content. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Seller Education, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision of Seller Academy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful learning experiences.
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ **Leading strategic direction and planning** : Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Seller Education to define Seller Academy’s strategy and vision for future learning experiences. Build cross-functional partnerships and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and ensure learning solutions meet real needs.
+ **Coaching a team of content creators** : Manage and mentor a team of learning designers and copywriters. Manage relationships with external vendors to facilitate content production. Oversee content production and execution to deliver best-in-class content. Set design standards, style guides and templates to ensure consistency in voice and tone.
+ **Operating with excellence** : Establish scalable and repeatable processes for the creation and maintenance of training materials. Partner with the Marketing Ops Manager to manage the intake process and project prioritization. Regularly audit existing Seller Academy materials to ensure all information is current and update existing videos and other materials based on product launches, product updates and other feedback.
+ **Continuously improving and innovating** : Define clear success metrics for learning programs and leverage analytics, data insights, and learner feedback to refine strategies, optimize content performance, and drive measurable impact. Proactively stay ahead of emerging trends in learning technologies, recommending and implementing cutting-edge tools and approaches to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in English communications, writing, marketing or related field.
+ 5+ years of copywriting or learning design experience, preferably in technology, education or eCommerce settings
+ 1+ years of managerial experience including vendor management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
+ Highly skilled in writing for various formats such as email, scriptwriting, storyboarding and editing
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
+ Experience publishing content on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo
+ Experience with project management tools like Asana or Airtable
+ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Contentstack and learning management systems (LMS) such as Gainsight.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
